Brief introduction：In the roller-type quenching production line, many rollers turning laterally are fixed at the bottom of the through hearth. The rollers carry the work pieces and make them move along the roll table. The work pieces move towards and have no fixed point contacting with the rollers, so they can be heated uniformly and have no bruising and less deformation during heat treatment. Further more, the rollers are always in the inside of the furnace, which reduces the energy consumption, helps to get high heat efficiency. This production line is suitable for the heat treatment of medium to large-sized bearing rings, also can be used for carburizing heat treatment.
